In this hotel, Sunday mornings no longer have the same taste, they are now dedicated to enjoying a hearty brunch buffet of sweet and savoury dishes. Generously served from 11:45 am to 2:00 pm, enjoy a rich breakfast while enjoying the magnificent view of the mossy fountain and the historic facades from the vaulted rooms. It starts with the arrival of pancakes, crepes, an assortment of pastries, cereals, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, bread, jam, chocolate spread, and honey. And to quench your thirst, you can enjoy juices, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, tea.
Then visit the starters buffet, with a wide choice of fresh salads prepared according to the seasons, and a selection of meats and cheeses. And as a bonus, a hot dish with fish or meat fresh from the market according to the chef’s selection.
Finish off with a dessert tasting with a buffet full of sweet dishes, seasonal pies and fresh fruit.
